Management
DEVCAP will be responsible for the overall management of Caribbean SME Development Finance Ltd mainly because of the INTEQ Venture Fund and proposed equity investments. This means that DFL and CDN-MS Ltd will not be involved and will be able to interact with the company on an independent arm's length basis. Business Development Managers will carry out the day-to-day and project activities on contract with the DFL Caribbean Group.
