(a) Investment of US $250,000

Investments to be made by INTEQ will be reviewed by the DEVCAP Board and by the Trustees of the EEVF Caribbean Trust from time to time. The maximum investment size will be US$ 50,000. Investments will be made solely as “ seed capital ” or “ start-up ” capital to be used for Research and Development and/or for commercialisation of new ideas and products in highly entrepreneurial companies with assets of less than US$ 400,000 at the time the investment is made. The main financial instruments will be ordinary shares and Convertible Promissory Notes.

DEVCAP will co-invest US$ 250,000 to make small investments in INTEQ projects. The INTEQ Fund will therefore immediately have US$ 500,000 available for investment. As and when necessary, additional funding will be raised directly for the INTEQ Venture Fund.The INTEQ Venture Fund will be managed by DEVCAP.
